Question 1

How do I get trip-planning help from York Adventures?

Accepted Answer

Contact us through the Contact page; for Hotel Xcaret stays, request a member-rate quote at /xcaret-member-rate. Disclosure: Michael York is a México Destination Club member. Member-rate stays usually require attending the club’s sales presentation, which can run several hours. If he refers you and you attend, the club gives him complimentary hotel nights, plus more if you buy. You pay nothing extra and don’t have to buy. Independent guide, not owned, operated or endorsed by Grupo Xcaret or México Destination Club.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend 2–3 months for most trips. Peak-season destinations (December–April for Riviera Maya, summer for Hawaii) should be booked 3–6 months ahead. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask!

Question 3

What destinations do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in Cancún, the Riviera Maya (including all Xcaret properties), Hawaii, and Caribbean all-inclusive resorts.

Question 4

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and modification terms are set by the hotel or airline you book with. Standard Hotel Xcaret terms apply to member-rate stays.

Question 5

What is the Mexico Destination Club?

Accepted Answer

México Destination Club is Grupo Xcaret's vacation and loyalty club. York Adventures is independent of it; Michael is a member and can request member rates for you at the three Hotel Xcaret properties.

Question 6

What's included in All-Fun Inclusive™?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited park access, round-trip airport transfers, 20–34+ restaurants, premium open bar, room service, water sports, ferry tickets, nightly entertainment, and 200+ activities. Spa treatments, some tours and a few restaurants cost extra.

Question 7

Do I need separate park tickets when staying at an Xcaret hotel?

Accepted Answer

No. Park access is included with any Hoteles Xcaret stay: 7 parks and tours, as many times as you want. Xel-Há, Xoxi and Xenotes need a reservation through the hotel Concierge.

Question 8

Can I visit parks without a hotel stay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Park tickets are sold by Grupo Xcaret directly; a Hotel Xcaret stay includes park access.

Question 9

How much does the member rate save?

Accepted Answer

There's no fixed figure: member rates vary by date and room. Request a quote at /xcaret-member-rate.

Question 11

Do you offer travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

We recommend travel insurance but don't sell or broker it.

Question 12

What payment methods do you accept?
